Payments are not refunded
Every plan is a one-time payment for work we start within 24 hours of you approving your product details and pressing Start. We do not refund a plan once it is paid, whether or not the campaign has started.
What we do instead
- We keep submitting your product to further directories, at no extra cost, until the number of live listings in your plan is reached.
- We only count a listing as live after opening its page and finding your link. Your dashboard shows every one.
- An index credit spent on a listing that is not indexed within 14 days is returned to your balance automatically.
When we do refund
A charge made in error is refunded in full: for example the same plan paid twice, or a payment we could not match to your account. Write to us and we will sort it out.
