What you buy
Foundation ($99 USD, 100 live listings, 10 index credits) and Authority ($399 USD, 300 live listings, indexing included for every live listing) are one-time purchases for one product. We submit your product to directories using the details you approve, from Submi's own directory accounts. Your dashboard shows each submission's progress and links to each listing once we have found it live. Work starts within 24 hours of you approving your details and pressing Start.
What we promise, and what we do not
- We keep submitting your product to further directories, at no extra cost, until the number of live listings in your plan is reached. This is continued work, not a refund.
- Payments are not refunded. A charge made in error, such as the same plan paid twice, is refunded in full. See the refund policy.
- We only count a listing as live after opening its page and finding your link.
- Each directory decides whether and when to publish a listing, so we do not promise a date for any single directory. We do not promise a ranking, traffic, search indexing of any page, or any change in your domain rating.
- An index credit sends one live listing URL to a third-party indexing service. If that service reports the page as not indexed after 14 days, the credit is returned to your balance. Credits do not expire and are not redeemable for cash.
What you agree to
- The product is yours or you are allowed to list it, and the details you approve are accurate.
- Where a directory needs its badge on your site, you keep the badge in place. Removing it can end those listings.
- You do not use Submi for products that are illegal, deceptive, or against a directory's rules.
Directories are third parties
Directories are run by other people. They can change their rules, remove listings, or shut down. We are not responsible for their decisions, but we will tell you what we see.
Payment
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their checkout terms apply to the payment itself.
