Both plans are a one-time payment for one product. The number on each plan is a target of live listings, and we keep working until it is met.

What counts as a live listing
A listing counts as live when its page is published and carries a working link to your product. We open each listing page ourselves and look for the link before a row turns Live. Only a page we have opened and found your link on is counted.
Why the number is live listings
A submission is only a request. Directories decline, stall, close or start charging, so a count of submissions says little about what you end up with. Counting live pages means the number on your dashboard is the number of pages that exist.
The target, and what happens if a directory refuses
If a directory will not list your product, it is replaced with another. We keep submitting to further directories, at no extra cost, until your target is live. This is continued work, not a refund.
Backups
When you press Start we keep backup directories ready in case a listing is not approved: 10 on Foundation and 30 on Authority. A backup takes the place of a directory that refuses. Your target stays the same.
Your live count is always shown beside the target
Listings, Settings and every progress email show how many listings are live next to your target, never the target on its own.
One plan, one product
Each account holds one plan for one product. To list a second product, email hello@submi.io.
What we do not promise
Each directory decides whether and when to publish a listing, so we do not promise a date for any single directory. We do not promise a ranking, traffic, search indexing of any page, or any change in your domain rating.
Questions
- Are all the links dofollow?
- No. Some directories give a followed (dofollow) link and some a nofollow link. Each live row shows the link type we found on the page. A nofollow listing still counts: it is a real page that can bring visitors.
- Do you refund if the target is not met?
- Payments are not refunded. We keep working until the target is live. A charge made in error, such as the same plan paid twice, is refunded in full. The refund policy at submi.io/refunds has the details.
