The payment page keeps saying it is confirming
Keep the page open. After a minute it says it is taking longer than usual; your payment is not lost, and the confirmation email and your dashboard show the plan once it is confirmed. Do not pay a second time. If nothing appears, email hello@submi.io with the email used at checkout.
The payment did not go through
Nothing was charged for that attempt. Go back to the plan page and try again with the same or a different card.
After paying, the page asks me to sign in
Your payment is safe. Sign in with the account you paid from and you are taken to the next step. Do not pay again.
Read my site filled in nothing
Your site gave us little to read, often because it is drawn by JavaScript or is a holding page. Type the details yourself; it does not stop you from starting.
Save says a field is too long
Text is never cut off for you. Shorten it to the limit shown under the field: 60 characters for the tagline, 500 for the description, 30 for each tag.
My logo will not save
The logo must load as an image. Choose another one found on your site, paste a direct link to an image file, or upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG under 2 MB.
A setup step is not clickable
Each step opens once the one before it is done. Save your profile first, then add the badge or continue without it.
Check my site does not find the badge
Work through the usual reasons listed under Check my site in The badge, with or without: a change still in draft, part of the code left out, an embed box, code pasted as text, or a cache. Then open your site once and check again. Still stuck, email hello@submi.io with your site address.
Check my site says some links are missing
Your badge is connected, but the code on your site is older than your directory list. Copy the code again and replace the old code on your site.
Add is greyed out on a directory
Every place is filled; remove a directory first. If the row says Needs the badge on your site, set up the badge to unlock it.
A row says Needs you
The badge is not on your site and that directory checks for it. Paste the snippet back and press Check my site, or continue without the badge from Badge Sync.
A row has been in review for weeks
Some directories have long review queues. Nothing is needed from you: we follow up, and replace directories that never publish.
Index now is greyed out
Your balance is zero, or indexing requests have not opened yet. Buy credits from the Index credits tile.
Listings says the campaign has stopped
A payment on the account was refunded or reversed. Live listings stay. If that is a mistake, email hello@submi.io.
